Wow, how did we end up here so soon?

Oh my. This month already ended??? How did that even happen. I don’t know how. I had such a great time. I really want to make like an overarching video about it in a “such a Liane” kind of format to extend the feels in a nice rounded minute or two. But that won’t be up in time for the deadline for this reflection so here is kind of an extra bit.

OMG, that video had all the feels in it. I had a blast with you guys. We almost had a person for every occasion and the experiences I had will be ones I will remember. Honestly, it is weird being alone in this airport still after you guys are traveling over the Atlantic Ocean right now. I have no one to talk to, weird. Haha. I am being to lose my voice anyway.

I loved going to all the museums to learn some history not about the United States, really opens your eyes to how connected the human race is, even if some do not want to acknowledge it.

It was odd to be in the UK while the inauguration was happening in the US. The mixed emotions at home, as well as abroad, is astounding. I really do not want to talk about it more than that, other then we will be in an interesting world for the next for years.

Thank you to all the people that made this trip for me possible (including IPO at Linfield College, Huntsberger, my family, my friends). This trip is honestly one I will remember for a long time.
